Takedown Notice Instructions

To file a copyright infringement notification with Xamclip, send a written notification through our Kontaktformular, which must include the information required by Section 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

To write a proper DMCA Notice, include the following:

  1. Identify yourself as the owner of copyrighted work or exclusive rights that you believe were infringed, or a person acting on behalf of the owner. Provide a physical or electronic signature.
  2. Specify the copyrighted work that you believe is being infringed. For multiple works, provide a representative list.
  3. Identify the location of infringing materials by providing URLs on the xamclip.info site. Include all URLs in the body of the message for faster processing.
  4. Provide your contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email. If acting on behalf of the copyright owner, describe your affiliation (e.g., attorney, agent).
  5. State your good faith belief that the use of materials is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agents, or the law.
  6. Declare the accuracy of your notice under penalty of perjury. Include this statement: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”

Important Notes

  • Notices must include all 6 points listed above. Incomplete notices cannot be processed.
  • If Xamclip receives a proper notification, it will respond expeditiously by removing the infringing material.
  • Please allow a reasonable number of business days for review and processing.

Hinweise zur Meldung von Urheberrechtsverletzungen (Deutsch)

Um Xamclip eine Urheberrechtsverletzung zu melden, sende bitte eine schriftliche Mitteilung über das Kontaktformular mit allen nach Abschnitt 512(c)(3) des DMCA erforderlichen Angaben.

Eine gültige Meldung enthält:

  1. Deine Identität als Inhaber des Urheberrechts oder als bevollmächtigter Vertreter, mit Unterschrift (physisch oder elektronisch).
  2. Das betroffene Werk, das deiner Ansicht nach verletzt wird.
  3. Die vollständigen URLs der rechtsverletzenden Inhalte auf xamclip.info.
  4. Deine Kontaktdaten: Name, Anschrift, Telefonnummer, E-Mail-Adresse.
  5. Die Erklärung nach bestem Wissen, dass die Nutzung des Materials vom Rechteinhaber nicht erlaubt ist.
  6. Die Versicherung der Richtigkeit der Meldung unter Strafandrohung bei falscher Angabe.

Die Meldung muss alle 6 Punkte enthalten. Unvollständige Meldungen können nicht bearbeitet werden.
